The Moscow Military Prosecutor's Office has invalidated the category of fitness for military service "B" established for blogger Mikhail Litvin and annulled the corresponding documents issued to him. The SHOT Telegram channel provides details.
"Now the blogger who joked about buying a military ID can be sent to serve or deprived of freedom for a year... Based on the results of the inspection, the Moscow military commissar found violations. Now the decision to enroll Litvin in the reserve and assign him the military rank of private has been cancelled," SHOT said.
The channel added that employees of the capital's Military Prosecutor's Office initiated the investigation after public figures approached them. Now law enforcement officers may charge Mikhail Litvin with falsifying official documents.
A few hours before the cancellation of his military ID, the blogger left for the United Arab Emirates without prior announcement . According to him, he urgently needed to learn how to jump with a parachute.
